i have a very low capacity to feel love for anyone or receive love myself as a result of my upbringing. but i appreciate the nice words. as is sometimes the case, this thread has been derailed so i'd appreciate only 1 more reply concerning this debate.

What about the Scorpion, Snake, Eagle?  The Scorpios you want to hang out with are the Eagles.  They can run this on any level.  I have a Scorpio who can't let go, and who likes to Sting (scorpion I think but moving toward snake).  My brother in law is much better, working on being an Eagle - but when he stings me I sting right back.  I have learned to show no weakness with that one - and we get along fine now.  My sister is an uber cancer with a lot of Pluto.  Michael Lutin once said Cancer is just Scorpio in a house coat.  True true true in my case.  I saw a close family member move from Scorpio South node to Taurus North node - and the closer to the node she got the better we got along.  I am a Taurus - I want things calm.  We don't always get calm.  Still not sure what to do with the Scorpio lurking in the background from HS.  I am worried about it.  Charlie Brown and Lucy van Pelt you know.

I found working with the nodal axis helpful to me personally.  A teacher once told me you push someone hard enough and stress them enough they will turn into their opposite (a Taurus turning into a Scorpio when angry or threatened).  I have found it true in my case.  I would not say vengeful but rageful and formidable yes - and it helped me get myself out of a mugging that was happening, and I put it down to honed survival instinct.  I was glad for it when it surfaced.

Great post.  I always try to figure out what level the are running energy wise before I interact with them too much (Scorpio). The evolved ones are pretty interesting people who are loyal.  The other ones I am very careful around - and I am not an expert, as I am still troubled by this one lurking in the corners (After 30 years).  Now - how to leave one without a lot of control drama......I like Elsa's answer.  I have no answer myself.

Super easy,make a decision and stick to it. Ignore them,but know that it will never be like before again. If you both somehow get back in contact,be sure you are in a good position,cause if the scorpio is on revenge mode and your ignoring act really hurt them you might get hurt back bad.So be aware. 

I have a little scorpio circus in my life,and i often ignore them without knowing it really,but they know that i don't do it extra so they always forgive me.I personally wouldn't be happy to tell someone's secrets or do something that is unfair or string them along. If you wish no contact then what is holding you back?
