I'm really wondering what'll happen to me in the next few weeks. My midheaven is at 0 Capricorn directly on the angle.
Will report back once or if anything happens.
What do you expect? Where will Jupiter be in your chart?
Part of me is not looking forward to Jupiter in Capricorn. It will be in my 1st house, so best foot forward, I guess. I'm feeling some pressure to pull myself together.
Looking back to 2008....1996....those were unpleasant or obstacle-ridden years for me. I had to learn not to get my feathers ruffled every time I ran into a problem or delay. People didn't respond well if I showed ANY lack of maturity, so I learned to put my big girl britches on and deal with obstacles like a grown woman. I expect the same next year.
It will be my Jupiter return in the 11th . I know that I’ve got a lot of hard work ahead of me and I know this will be rewarded, but I kinda am hoping for a positive, extra surprise that maybe I didn’t have to sweat to get ?
I had to think about what was happening back then as I wasn't into astrology back then. I was in the middle of my Saturn Return but life was good. I had become a mom and I loved having my own little family. Work was good and I was getting lots of recognition. It was 2008 so lots of my friends lost jobs as the economy was crumbling so I saw people struggling a lot. 🙁
A career change may be in the works. I've made steps towards that already but haven't gotten anywhere yet. However, I'm not limiting the transit to that one thing because I have personal goals I'm working on despite whatever happens with career.
Jupiter will be in my 8th and 9th houses. This December it will sextile my Moon in the 10th and conjunct my Uranus (seems like a good time to land a new job, but who knows). Next year is really about a major shift from 8th house to 9th house energy in my chart. Saturn and Pluto move into my 9th in the week leading up to the big Saturn-Pluto conjunction on Jan. 12. Jupiter will be conjunct my natal Saturn in the 8th exactly on that day! To me, that bodes well. Then Jupiter will conjunct my Neptune and sextile my Pluto in the following weeks. It will enter my 9th house in March.
Saturn stays in my 9th, but Jupiter and Pluto will both retrograde back into my 8th. Jupiter will be there from July-November and Pluto only from September-October. I have some goals I'm working on that I want to finish by the time Pluto finishes up in my 8th, at the end of October. Then Jupiter is free to bestow some last-minute 8th house blessings once Pluto is finally finished with this purge/transformation process it's been going through all these years.
Jupiter will be the fuel that drives all of the work, since the 9th house is Jupiterian and the ultimate goal is to get there--to break free. And with Capricorn, this will be hard work. I don't expect a free ride. But I expect I will receive a huge payoff if I put the work in.
Sorry, this is probably more info than sought but I've been thinking about this and plotting out some of next year's transits for the past several hours. Right now Jupiter is opposing my natal Jupiter in Gemini, to the degree, so forgive me if I can't rein myself in.
That’s my 5H. Mercury and Venus are at 10°. I got married in 2008. In 1996 I was living in the greater Cleveland area and it was a fun, adventurous time for me: going out with friends, checking out hot spots, music, hiking and mountain biking, feeling free. Also had some interesting dating history: a super nice guy (idk what happened but we broke up but remained friends), a momma’s boy ?, an asshole, a Virgo. Good, bad, stalkerish but overall, I liked the time there.
History shows I’m cool with Jupiter in Cap. I didn’t go back before 1996. Will have to check that out.
