I have Mercury in Aquarius. I can remember all kinds of numbers, but can't get the hang of Algebra

I have this. I'm interested in everything out of the box. Most of my views and ideas I keep quiet (mercury rx) because people just stare at me when I talk about them lol. But I'm not attached to any of them, I just have an open mind that is willing to consider anything and everything no matter how batty it might seem. The truth is always somewhere beyond the known imo.

I find people who get emotional about what they believe very strange. You know, those people who get defensive if you present an alternative view to theirs. It seems like ego attachment to me. The point is to open up understanding, not shut it down. I find the current extreme polarisation of public opinion frightening. Freedom of thought and speech is the most important thing in the world to me.

There are several Aqua Mercs in my family, Dad, brother, daughter, and a nephew. All have Aqua suns, too.  So, I'm not so sure I can separate the sun from the Mercury influence.

My Cap Sun is too slow for any of them. Period. "About time you figured that out," my dad would say.

They also can't keep up with their stuff. "Where did I put that?"

I've read the Aqua Merc is the sign of genius. All of the ones in my family are extremely intelligent.

Yes, Sue Ellen that's super Aqua, sun and Merc! I can identify a tiny bit with the Aqua Mercury because I'm an Aquarius sun, but that seems to be in spirit only..like a relative. I'm a Cap Merc so I'm a bit slower. 

I've also read the same about it being a genius placement. And if not genius in the conventional way, then I believe it's often a genius and way of thinking that the rest of the world hasn't seen yet!

Mercury will ingress into Aquarius on January 2nd, under the new moon.

Uranus the awakener!!!  New ideas and info, allll right!
