Oddly, I was thinking about this topic, yesterday, throughout the day.  I broached the topic in conversation with my Housemate... for whom all this is a foreign language - in English, we say, "Greek, to me."  🙂 

So, seems like, I was collecting what I've gathered for you LibraNoir - before having read your thread.  How odd, hey?

I have had advice, about what to do when cursed: similar to advice about Pluto transits... Do nothing.  Focus on what matters to you, and what you are doing. Keep your focus on your own pursuits (and let go of any thoughts about cursers).  Turn, as often as you can, your attention towards those you love.  That's viscerally powerful, which is the level at which such things work.

Funny, isn't it, that I was sorting my thoughts, struggling to put them in words, the day before I read your topic?

PS Obviously, naturally, I prayed for you as soon as I read your initial post.  I have advice: if you know someone Italian... or willing to do it... ask them to buy you a necklace pendant that... looks like a chili pepper, but, represents a bull's horn.  They can search online for instruction for, after buying it, they pray for you.  You, of course, will want to pay them back - not with money, nor immediately - that's love at work, right there.  Much love to you, LibraNoir.

An expert on this subject is a woman called 'Carla Rueckert'. Who dealt with it a lot in relation to actual negative entities. In a few of the podcasts just before she died she really came out with what she had learned about it.

... haven't read it yet... posting in the interests of shortcutting anyone's wondering.  Also, I have zero idea why wikipedia deleted her profile (yes, I tried to find out why).

I don't know if this works because I've never been psychically attacked, but when I used to look up protection spells, they often said to visualize a white light surrounding yourself, like a bubble. Positive thoughts, energy, love, and prayer also help.

This has happened to me before. Quite a number of years ago, a guy I was dating cheated on me with a practicing witch. It was brief, he broke off with her and for some dumb reason I forgave him and took him back. She apparently still wanted him, and one day I felt...she was trying to put a spell on me. Or something. The energy field was off and my spider senses were alerted. I had her number so I called her up. When she answered, I said "Whatever you're trying to do? It will not work. I know-and it's in your best interest if you just stop right now". She didn't know what to say-it shocked her so bad she stumbled on her words and quickly apologized. Problem solved. Of course, I wouldn't necessarily recommend that approach...lol. I was a lot more sensitive (and badass) back then. 

If you're feeling it, most likely that's what it is. Keep yourself grounded and follow the suggestions already made. You should feel the energy shift soon.
