Ahhhh-yup. 
Context: I'm at college, footloose and all that, yet I haven't been able to figure out what's stopping me feeling twitterpated like any normal young person usually does when surrounded by other attractive young people. I went to my chart for an answer, I found this (not sure how I've missed it for so long).
Sadly, the Internet is giving me no help - a lot about Peregrine Venus, but not specifically in Capricorn/the 11th.
Can anyone help out?

laziness, fickleness and a tendency toward multiple-partner having?

I do feel like my Venus is a little lost, so this explains things.....
I actually have a Day Chart (12th House), so I got this wrong. 
I believe my Venus has (?) a Dignity by Term, in that case. What exactly does this mean?
I tried researching but my mind has been boggled. I'd be so grateful if anyone could break it down simply.
I realize this is really late, but I guess my Venus is Peregrine in Capricorn 7th h. conjunct Descendant in Sagittarius.
I feel like it may be a really strong influence, but at the same time I get the impression that it's not supposed to be (?) I'm trying to understand it better is all.
How can I learn whether my planets are peregrine?
