I started this thread when I had just been accepted to a professional masters program at a top university, and was about to begin in the Fall... I had not yet met my now-husband.

For me, this transit is mashed together with Pluto squaring both Jupiter and Venus, and I'm still navigating this as a larger event. But Pluto has made his final pass over my exact descendant, and will clear the degree in November.

Obviously I have Cap Descendant, as well as Venus in my 10th. Apparently this transit was the Venus-Saturn crunch that I had (unwittingly) been waiting for all my life. Ultimately I met and married someone with Pluto and Saturn in his 7th house. To my delight, things got serious between us pretty quickly!

After one long semester of a long distance relationship, I decided to leave school and start a new life somewhere very different from where I was raised. I've since  put down roots, let go of a lot of dreams that I had for myself as a single person (which were never ideal, but it was what I was working with), changed my last name, established myself in a new community, found new dreams to chase, and most importantly committed to my partner and building our future together.

I lost a lot of superficial friendships by simply removing myself from a very cluttered social environment and breaking out of some of my old habits, cemented my few real friendships that are worth sustaining across great distances, made a few new ones in my new town, and gained my most solid, deep, and important relationship in my husband.

I've played a role in transforming him just as much as he has transformed me, and I'm sure we will continue to do so for the rest of our lives together. We are constantly showing each other how we can improve and focusing on goals. There has been tremendous pressure to mature and step up to responsibilities, and we've both come a long way so far. We are a power couple and have achieved some pretty great things in our 3 short years together!

Did you meet your husband after or before Pluto crossed the 7th?

It's crazy how time flies! I met him before Pluto crossed my Descendant. Married him after.
