I know. I kind of rejoiced inside when I read about this. Because Ive made so many “mistakes”, that my family felt bad about. But I never felt bad because I always came away a wiser, more complete person.
Also reading that the five being about the projections of others felt very validating.

I came across this video and recalled that you were once interested in Human Design and that you may also be a projector. I'm a 6/2 projector and found it helpful.
@jana Thank you! I’ll check it out. I kind of hit a wall with human design unfortunately. It seems that there’s some gatekeeping with the whole thing. Basically you have to pay to know more beyond the basics. I understand, I just couldn’t make the financial investment at the time and then moved on. It’s still something that is in the back of my mind though.
That's a valid criticism. Since my last dive into it 4 years ago, I'm finding a bit more that has refined my understanding of energy and projector subtypes. An individual investigation of activated gates was also quite illuminating.
@jana It’s not a criticism at all to have the information monetized (if anything, I appreciate it)- just a natural barrier for me at the time. Your posting did remind me though and now my gears are turning lol. There was so much about it that really resonated for me and I still do think about “wait for the invitation” in many instances.
I also watched that whole video and appreciated a lot the focus on recognition. The terms that are used are kind of weird in my opinion (throughout the whole system) but the concepts resonate deeply.
As far as gates, I believe my only defined gate was casually called the “I smell a rat” gate lol. That’s the last thing I learned and reached a dead end for free material. Maybe I’ll buy some books and get a reading now that I’m financially stable. If I do, Ill report back here for sure!

There is more free stuff for projectors. You can get a free chart and google each gate, channel (two corresponding gates), and circuit (Tribal, Individual, Collective) and find info.

It takes natal chart (birth date) to form conscious part of your design and 88 days prior (design date) to form unconscious part of it. So almost a square. Supposedly the neocortex in the front lobe of the brain turns on roughly 3 months before the birth so at this time soul starts tuning into the physical vehicle. I have no way of verifying it but I find it intriguing. It gives a bit of validity to prenatal charts and converse progressions.
I have stelliums in Sadge and Scorpio in a design chart and transits through those signs are most challenging for me.
I find it also interesting that when Pluto was at 21 deg Capricorn I had unexpected life saving surgery. I was trying to explain it with Saturn Pluto conjunction but I also have Mars at that degree in my design chart and surgeons are typically associated with Mars.
