No, but I know someone who I believe to be legitimately accused, though not formally charged. Let's just say that I was involved with someone once who tried to force a level of physicality I wasn't comfortable with and so I wound up telling him to get lost. I was lucky because I stuck to my guns, but came to find out later on that he forced the issue with another girl and didn't take "no" for an answer. She didn't have the wherewithal at 15 years old to get her parents involved and file charges, but I believed her 100% because of my experience with him and wound up making friends with her.

Yes, not only accused, convicted and served time. Ultimately exonerated due to DNA evidence which wasn't an option at the time of conviction. The end result he hung himself shortly after release.
