I am as sick as my secrets. I try to at least not hide anything from myself. That doesn’t mean that everyone needs to know everything just that Im honest with myself about what motivates me and telling another trusted human concretizes that. This is part of my life, my spiritual practice. I live by it. I have to because the alternative is spiritual death.
