I have learned to bake bread of all types. I thank @allie120 for the inspiration!

This fall/winter, I am going to try to master aerogardening / indoor gardening. @cocopeaches can help, by reminding me which brand of sponges she uses.

I am setting this up now. I am going to try to grow these things, indoors this year:

lettuce
tomato
parsley
rosemary
basil

Is there anything you're working on?

I would love to help! I got sponges from the LYKO store on Amazon and they worked great in my aerogarden. I have never grown fruiting veg hydroponically; only leafy greens. Lettuce, chard, basil, dill, parsley, and cilantro are my faves. Rosemary takes much longer to germinate and the others can shade it out quickly.

I am working on developing my independence. Just had second nodal return in Aries, and I was reflecting on some of my codependency streaks...

So I am starting with habits - in my work flow on autocad, and trying to get more regular physical activity. I tend to swing to extremes in both areas, feast or famine, depending mostly on things outside of myself. I'm aiming for balance in my daily routines as a non-negotiable. Not easy with my 6H occupied by Uranus in Sadge and Neptune in Cap! I made myself a habit tracker spreadsheet.

Also working on backing up digital data. Too much valuable stuff is sitting on old laptops. I need a better system for keeping important info safe, and purging junk. I harbor too much clutter and it weighs me down.

In the garden I'd like to get better at savings seeds. I just went to collect peas that I left to dry on the vine but the birds already took them all!

@cocopeaches ty I am going to grow the rosemary in a pot... basically, just bring it inside this year. Use the overflow light from the aerogarden, expanding as needed, as I go.

Hello, hello 👋. Thank you for tagging me and prompting me to get myself back here! The aerogardening sounds really interesting! I need to put that in my back pocket and try it.

Last fall I threw the old pumpkins on the grass pile like I always do and they do grow and it’s hit or miss for fruit. But this year I found at least five pumpkins. The plants are massive.

On top of it, we let a farmer use our land on the other side of town for corn and squashes. We bought some of the squash seeds and he sowed them among his. We saw dome fruit last time we were out and we’ll go out there soon to check again. I think he will also let us have some corn. It’s just us and our family so we don’t need a lot. He will sell most of it as it’s a few acres of crops.

Not as many tomatoes so far as I’d like but I can supplement them by getting some from the farmers market and my neighbors on trade.

I would love to learn how to garden! It's so sustainable and something I think will be a much needed skill in the coming years...

One of my newest ventures is rock climbing or "bouldering". It's at a gym and there are no harnesses at this one and wow, so much fun. I went on a whim one day because I heard about this group that meets up from a friend who was dating someone in that group. I went and really liked it! I posted a pic of the rock wall on socials and another friend reached out and said they've been starting to rock climb too. 2/3 months later, we both have memberships and go on Sundays! Smile Mastering it? I'm not sure if I will, but I hope to get really good!

I've been wanting to go back to the dojo to train BJJ & Judo again so I can master that. I've just been afraid of injuries because the 2 years I was in, I accumulated quite a bit of those and well, I'm not a spring chicken anymore and have to go to work the next day LOL.  Hoping to go back soon though, but take it easy this time. Safe, fun, educational rolls and randoris is my goal. I want to at least get my blue belt in BJJ and orange in Judo.

I'm currently a 4-striped white belt in BJJ(so close to blue) and a 2-stripped yellow belt in Judo.

I want to eventually be credible enough to teach more self-defense classes. I taught a self defense class at my job with the help of a colleague who does kickboxing and BJJ, and everyone loved it. There's a new dojo close by that only has BJJ lessons. I want to get an orange belt in Judo so I can offer some lessons there for the sake of teaching. I love learning and sharing knowledge with others! (9H stellium)

I want to learn to sew clothes. It takes me forever to shop for something I need, because I want highly specific cuts, patterns, colors, &c and eventually have to settle. It'd be better if I could just custom make whatever I wanted! This craft also lends itself to owning less and helping others more (tailoring/mending), which is a good way to live. And, fuck fast fashion.

I am working on consistency!

I am the type of person who likes to stay busy. I have a myriad of personal hobbies, short-term goals and a hair salon business. If I can be consistent in my endeavors I will be prosperous in my lifetime.
