The past few weeks I've notice myself getting angry, usually I'm anxious.  I work with a very lazy coworker.  This past week I had thoughts of snapping his neck, lol, not that I would do it.  The rage I felt was enormous.  I checked my chart and noticed the placement of my transit and natal Mars.  I am working out twice a day (before and after work) to help deal with it.  Insight and suggestions greatly appreciated!

Lol funny, visual of an on the surface sweet tempered Libra Sun with a Cancer Moon snapping someone's neck made me laugh, but then, that Venus ruled Sun is square Mars and that Mars is ruled by a Pluto ruled Moon and that Moon is square to a Sun ruled Leo Uranus. Mercury is also semisquare Pluto for some mental intensity, so not surprising any intense feelings of rage. Uranus can erupt with sudden rage through feelings, thoughts, or actions in some situations. So there are all these connections, like a string of lights. Good idea working out in the form of exercise. Nine of your planets on the eastern half of your chart shows a self made, self supporting individual who is in control of their own life. Indignant, is that what your Leo Uranus might feel about this coworker whom you feel does not pull their own weight? Do they perhaps not deserve something to which you would be more entitled? Just postulating. Whatever the reason for the rage/steaming over someone being lazy there has to be a deeper reason for those feelings. Maybe you are just sick of feeling anxious and it makes you angry/enraged that you feel that way in the first place. Find out why you would feel anxious in the first place, is this work new, is it the Libra presenting to the outside world as always having/showing to be nice and you really don't feel that way anymore? Changes show in the Progressed chart, Mars has gone retrograde (internalized) and is now out of bounds (rebel) its still in Cancer but the prog Moon is in Capricorn sitting in a stellium (Jupiter, Venus, Moon, Saturn) which are being transited by the current Capricorn planets. This Capricon action is taking place in your 3H of communications. Your progressed Ascendant is in Sagittarius. Venus has also progressed way out of bounds, moreso than Mars. Progressed Sun is conjunct natal Moon, new beginning in a way. Don't know how much you know about Astrology but would suggest you personally look into these things astrologically, might give you some insight on the way you are feeling these days.

I just had the transit and I was PISSED! Exercise didn't help a lot. I would just sit behind my monitor and seethe.  I stayed home and avoided people. Don't read comments online either.

lol, now I'm annoyed that my chart disappeared and when I tried to reload it, it's not there.

This coworker is a 37 year old male named Steve who still lives with his mother and 42 year old brother who apparently is mentally ill.  He has a 7 year old son that he sees every other weekend but only during the day on Saturday because he has seen his father's angry outbursts and gets frightened so Steve has not had any overnight visits in years.  Steve doesn't pay rent, food, or child support.  His car just died.  He refuses to get medical insurance because doctors don't know anything.  He has job hopped.  He has had sexual relations with at least 3 coworkers and is now all over the new female hire who just broke up with her boyfriend.  If he spent half of his time working as he does thinking about his damn penis, I wouldn't mind. He spends his money on pot, vape or cigarettes and fast food.  He lives in his mother's basement.  He and his brother still engage in physical fights.  4 years ago he was put in Psych 4 times.  I worked Psych until 15 months ago.  We work in a day program for the geriatric intellectually challenged who have multiple mental, physical, etc. issues.  He refuses to toilet anyone unless you ask and even then, he will ignore you and play on his phone.  There are 3 staff to 11 individuals in my room.  3/4 of my individuals have dementia or Alzheimer's.  He is a Scorpio and proud of it.  They are the best astrological sign according to him.  When I tried explaining natal charts, he verbally attacked me saying I was just like his brother who he hates and despises because, wait for it, his brother is a Libra and we don't listen.  Oh, and he believes that whoever makes the most money should do all of the work.  Since I have 26 years experience and he's only been with the company not even two years, guess who should be doing all the work.  Me.

Yes, I have gone to management.  She's 26 with no spine.  He has only been in our room for 3 months and I'm ready to just jump from the frying pan in to the fire (there are two positions available in another part of the non-profit.
