Personally, I haven't used social media in 7 years or so... it being so far removed from my daily life feels as if I never dabbled, especially how much its changed and taken over our culture. I've never once missed it... but I am an anomaly, I know.

I think it will be gone, but there. I am talking about reddit and their removing access to third parties. Very few people posting are people; it's the appearance of a town square - people sharing information but it's false.

This is true of all the internet. Pictures, etc. People don't see it and at this point, I think they may never, which means they have and will get away with it. 

It's like putting a hokey face on a product made by a giant corporation and saying it was made in a garage.  Uh, no.
