Client's grandson was born this week with Pluto in Aquarius conjunct his 29 degree Capricorn rising. That aside, this boy has an exceptional chart. He is a true force of nature, but currently in the NICU suffering withdrawal. This kid has a life ahead of him.

You’re right, we don’t hear about this much anymore. The news has moved on to other issues. Also, there’s more assistance for people to stop addictions. It’d be bad press for these places if news stories about addicted babies were published.
