Just made my version of zucchini slice. Zucchinis, onion, mushrooms, tuna, eggs, grated cheese, & truss tomatoes sliced on top, to decorate.  Healthy and plenty of protein.

@allie120 I had someone staying with us... they were eating "this chili".  "It's delicious!"

It was also my sauce for pasta, but, er... go ahead!  Um... want some cornbread with that?

I'm making pesto tonight, because the temp is going to drop to freezing tomorrow morning. It's use it or lose it or cover it and hope?  I have some indoor basil growing as well, so I'm going to let the outdoor plants go after today's harvest.  It's shocking how well my office garden is going.

I’m going to go make some chicken sausage patties. Probably put some turkey in it, too. I’m going to cook them on the cast iron griddle out on the grill.

@allie120 Turkey & chicken together would be good for protein. Good idea cooking them out on the grill 👍.

@hades-moon I did it on the grill and it was perfect. No mess. I used my cast iron flat grill. I used two lbs of chicken and one turkey. The chicken is so good but it’s vey soft to work and the turkey is firmer. It was still too much chicken but ONLY as far as working with it to mold it into balls (sticky and messy). But you know what, that’s fine. It worked well.

Made yogurt again today. Took a long time but the normal time. Took all the temperatures. This time I skimmed the skin off. I usually didn’t and it never bothered me but thought I would try that today. I scooped it in a bowl and ate it and omg…it was still warm-room temp and it tasted like custard. It was incredible.

And now we wait….
