Baked focaccia bread today, going to have pesto / pasta tonight, while we still have fresh basil.

It's game on for spanakopita tomorrow. I'm all happy, because I found the mint I planted this year, growing behind the barn, in spite of the dry weather and soaring temps. I hope it comes out. I'm nervous but also reasonably confident.

@soup been craving a straight up bean burrito a week, which is not usual. My husband likes black beans..
I did satisfy my craving with taco salad, refried beans in the bottom of the bowl. I still want the burrito!
