What are some aspects natally or by transit that create paranoia? I am being hit really hard now by the Uranus Pluto square, i have last degree Cappy ASC, early degree Cancer Sun, having serious bouts of paranoia, Pluto is transiting 12th house maybe that makes it worse?
Any possible paranoia combos?

yes i think we had that one 2 weeks ago, but i still feel all crazy...i was reading up on Neptune retro and i am confused as i keep reading it can create intense paranoia, but then it says that during Neptune retro people see clearly, like it removes the veil...i certainly do not feel that way....for me its even worse!

Yep hana. with hard aspect to pluto you can feel like the rug is going to be pulled out from under you at any second. Deep seated intense fear and paranoia can result until you learn to work with the energy.
