I'm guessing the ASC person would feel it more than the planet person as the angles are sensitive points on the natal chart. I'm not too sure about outer planets though.

Thanks PurpleStarGirl. That does make sense. I know a couple of people who have planets trine or conjunct my ascendant. It feels like they are more drawn to me, than me to them. But maybe this is due to other placements.

Going back to the outer planets, I do have a friend whose Uranus conjuncts my ASC. When I researched it, I honestly didn't find much on the topic so I don't know if the outer planets have an effect like that.

When I talk or hang out with him, I find him to be very interesting and entertaining.

To add on to your reply and my previous one, this friend's ASC also trines mine and his Venus sextiles my ASC so there's more than just Uranus affecting it. At this point I think both of us feel something there. It's definitely comforting to say the least.

Thanks PurpleStarGirl. Your example helps. I imagine a conjunction to the Ascendant would be felt much more intensely than a trine or sextile. The Venus sextile Ascendant does sound nice and comforting though.
