A planet that has a declination of more than 23 degrees 27 minutes (North or South) is considered out of bounds.
I checked my declinations on astro-seek. When you do a birth chart on that site declinations can be found under positions.
My moon is out of bounds. Steven Forrest has written about out of bounds moon. I feel this has helped me understand my moon better.
Interested if any of you have out of bounds planets too?
