Ive got my Ascendant at 29 Sag... ive read alot about the Aneretic Degree for example that its Karmic and so forth.. any thoughts on this?

Hmmm...I have Venus @ 29 Virgo and Jupiter @ 29 Libra. Never heard that before...even though Saturn was @ 29 Libra only a week ago.
I have the reverse of you mariatsi 29 degree gemini rising. I've heard the same thing. Don't know what it means though
The 29 degree is supposed to be potent and "critical" as it represents the last chance of expression for the sign. So there can be some sense of urgency, to "get it right", maybe something karmic. Supposedly one anguishes over decisions around related issues and then when the pressure builds, jumps Into a new situation unexpectedly, or at least it can seem that way.
