I have been thinking about the meaning of the stars in the signs and houses of the zodiac... Well, I know next to nothing about astrology, but I love to listen and look at what astrologers say and write. Well, there is this Brazilian guy, Carlos Harmitt, on YouTube, he is always predicting doomsday... His charts always include a lot of ferocius stars. He is often announcing that something terrible is going to happen, these days particularly because of a configuration that will take place on June 3rd... Was it because Jupiter is entering Gemini where it is in detriment? Besides a lot of tense aspects involving Mars Uranus, the Moon, etc... I can't remember very well. Is this mudane astrology?
Let's say that here in Europe we have a war on the verge of being generalized between Russia and NATO, as well as another one in Gaza. Carlos Hamitt isn't the only one who is constantly reminding us of this, as an astrologer, many others are saying that World War III is inevitable or is already here. I can feel the liders long for a general confrontation, nuclear weapons included! So be it! Well, this is quite disturbing for everyone. Are you more optimistic out there in the USA?
@giselak53 I think this stuff is possible but I don't think it's likely. People know that drama sells, so they conjure it up, but then the dates come and go without so much as a whimper.
Astrologers are people and people get sucked into the various psyops/propaganda.
@giselak53 An astrologer is only as good as their own psychology, to include emotional state. Depending on how much they rely on projection as a defence (a defence from the emotional conflicts of their internal world) then their "outlook" will be coloured by their "in-look" as it were. Fear (ie. hate) and love are the essential elements to be assessing things by right now (always). How does something make you feel? Lean towards love. Thus said, take everything other people do or say with a pinch of salt and develop your own practices, ideas, and intuition - be self loving in what you ingest. If you are ingesting hate, question, where/why am I feeling self destructive? How can I heal that through attention, observation and self care? That is your most empowered option.

As a matter of fact, Carlos Hamitt lives in a difficult, traumatized country and he surely is too much in tuned with his audience's mindset!
Anyway, I can assure you that living in Europe, in my case, is not easy either...
We are too close to this war Ukraine/Occident (NATO vs. Russia...) This conflict is not a minor one, it can easily go global, and the powers involved talk too much about nuclear for my taste...
But, much like you and @elsa, I don't think every tense aspect can determine whatever fatality...
