It's this. They're not going to sell. These are people who were put out of their homes, along with their parents, in 2008. I wrote about the houses in my neighborhood at the time... all the furniture on lawn - there were A LOT of them.

They're gamers going for the final boss and they want their toy stores back, for themselves, their kids, their grandkids and so on.

When this started, gamestop was drying up and blowing away. They are now profitable, with no debt and 4 billion in cash.  

Pretty sure we're winning.
