I personally can't identify with Lilith in the 12th house because my Lilith is in Scorpio in the 1st house conjunct the ASC. There's definitely nothing hidden about that. Lol. But I hope my explanation helped a bit.

Oh yes, I admit that. Lilith in Cancer in 12th house is so close to my Pluto in Scorpio in 4th house. They are so similar...And Moon in 5th house too - but they all are in aspects, so maybe it's "just" the mix, not similarities.

It's funny because I met a guy with Lilith and Moon in 1st house. And how I remember his Lilith made an aspect with Ascendant.I was wondering  and trying to find connections between these two (Lilith in 1st and in 12th) - there must be some connection ! But you can think in a different way that they are opposite. And if Lilith in 12th is "hidden" , Lilith in 1st as the opposite is just "full frontal" 

   For sure Lilith in 1st and 12th are very specific. It's only guessing but I think that more specific than Lilith in for example : 2/3/5/6 house, but maybe I am wrong?
