I wonder if other Gemini Mercs when younger are like my daughter in that they are very expressive with their bodies - hands gesturing thoughts, faces contorting to match emotions and such.  I can sometimes pick up on her moods merely by the pace of her stride.

Witty and appreciative of wit is, I think, another good fit I'd attribute to her Merc.

Hers can be intense and nigh impossible to hide:

I love it when she comes home from school, almost hyperventilating from the excitement of wanting to share something that happened during the day :)

I think so, Matthew! It's up on the top of her chart....she can't help but express it so openly! She sounds like her excitement can be infectious :)

My dad has this placement. It's square his Saturn, Moon, and Jupiter, and trine his Neptune. He's extremely, extremely smart; supposedly my intelligence comes from him. He and I both have well-placed Mercuries as mine is in Virgo. I think the difference between us is he is more of a gatherer of facts and information, and has a wider set of interests, whereas I am more analytical.

Certainly :)   Today it was to let me know she wore my Nirvana shirt to school today - yay, she actually told me before I found out on my own this time... ha!

I've long ago infected her w/ my snark (I didn't know then she had so much Gemini, I swear!  a snarky lil' Gem, I know, what have I done, right?)  I had to ask her though, "So, did you get any compliments on my shirt, today?"

*chuckle* "Yeah, a couple girls said 'Dad goals' when I told 'em it was yours."

"Dad goals?" WTF?!? <- that part was on my face.

So she explains to me, "Like, when ya know, someone sees some shoes they really want..."

'"Oh, so 'shoe goals' then?"

"Yy...yeah..."

Aww... <- that part I saved face :)
