Hermit, I am a Virgo and well, I'm not terrified although when the weird feelings hit me, yes I am. YES I AM.
No Virgo likes to feel like a drugged up drone-- unless they are a druggie.
But Neptune is like a huge antenna and it pulls a lot of negative energies from the atmosphere and dumps it all over a person. One can't tell if it is their own feelings or another's feelings that are bugging them. You feel like a big sponge sucking up all the energy around you and when it is negative, you take that in and it becomes toxic and damn difficult to get rid of. I try to remember to shield my mind but I keep forgetting to do that and get hit full force with feelings of utter doom.
I doubt Neptune is going to screw over those who aren't offending it with drugs, alcohol or strange brainwashed perspectives, or even the complete rejection of the metaphysical.
One of the funniest things I heard on Neptune was when a girl said that she had a Neptune transit and what she considered her prime ability, her ability to work very hard, was redirected into always trying to stay in that Neptunian place.
In 2024 when Neptune goes into Aries is when we will start to gain some conclusions on our Neptunian experiences I suspect.

Pisces Rising with Neptune in the 9th = spirituality. I have Pisces in my 1st house and my Neptune is in my 9th in Scorpio and I strongly about spiritualism. The 9th is also the house of travel to distant places and the houe of the higher mind. I have Venus conjuncting Jupiter there as well in Scorpio and I love things associated with the 9th house which is natuarlly ruled by Sagittarius.
Do you feel drawn to foreign people/lands? Feel like you could be a teacher/professor? Feel like you want to publish books or other materials? These are some things the 9th house rules.
Since you have Pisces Rising, Neptune is your chart ruler and you could spend your life on a spiritual quest, just don't get bogged down in drugs/alcohol.
This summer I think I’ve been feeling the first winds of Neptune opposite Mercury. I have my Mercury @ 23 Virgo.
All summer I have been losing keys, my phone, made a couple of late payments on the car because I thought I confirmed my payment or just flat-out forgot! For awhile I had a client who secretly smoked weed for pain (illegally). At home I had a glass of wine or a liquor shot many nights to blow off stress or unwind. The past year or so I’ve been garbling up my words whenI get flustered.
This worries me. I work in healthcare and cannot afford to have Neptune messing with me. What to do?? Write fiction? Do yoga? Color? ???
Is there hope or am I going to wind up walking down the street two years from now in my undies talking to myself and utterly out of my mind??
