Are you a new moon baby or know one?  Let’s talk about these poeple who have Sun and Moon in the same sign.

I call my Aries sun/moon sister in law with Scorpio rising Wonder Woman.  All she need is the cape and she will fight any battle and right any wrong she sees.  Even watches competition type tv shows and loves marvel movies!  Her conjunction, 5 degrees apart, is in her fifth house.  She’s involved with musical groups and loves giving a party though, and even at 50+ she’d rather go tubing down a river than go to a museum.  She needs action and fun.

Who do you know and what’s the astrology?

I'm a new moon baby. Cancer Sun and Moon (and Venus-so much Cancer in the 9H) with a Libra Rising, Pluto 1H. I also have a very active, steadfast and persistent Taurus Mars that has crazy amounts of energy reserves and is usually in it for the long haul when it comes to goals. Shout out to my fellow Taurus Mars people! We're a bit slow sometimes, but we're consistent and persistent!

My energy is intense for some, a balm for others.

I don't know what people *exactly* think of me, but I do know that I don't limit myself and I like to pursue my dreams with vigor, no matter how crazy it may seem to other people. I love learning and trying new things and furthering my knowledge- so I can eventually share it. I think that inspires the people around me? I say I want to do something and I do it. I think that takes courage, for anyone. I've always wanted to be this way, but it took the death of my sister for me to cultivate my fearlessness. I've lost many people in my life, but losing her hit hard especially since she was around the age that I am now-young. In that time, I realized I didn't want to leave Earth without doing the things that I've always wanted to do and living the life that I want to live (which was a radical change from being a people pleaser). So I'm chasing them and I'll continue to do so even if it doesn't work out. You never know when it's your time.

The traits of my sign are very prominent. I'm zany, sensitive, creative, a bit moody, very caring, a bit of a parent, I have my inner world (my shell) that I escape to when I need to recharge, and at my worst, I can be a bit emotionally manipulative and cynical. But no one is perfect. And I really try always to be a good person. I call myself out on my own shit. And I overanalyze my actions to make sure that I am doing what is right.

Relationships are hard for me though. I think my 9H stellium paired with my sensitivity and fear of getting emotionally damaged (even more than I am-trauma) causes me to be a bit of a commitment-phobe which quite frankly pisses my Libra off. I think Elsa once told me that I'm a parent and I need a someone who is a parent. I find it difficult to find that in my age bracket though. I want to take care of someone and be taken care of, but don't we all?

Um, what else? People(even strangers) usually are very open with me about their problems. I listen and hold space for them. I try to give advice if they need it and I'm a shoulder to cry on. I appear to be "really chill" as some would say, but I'm really an onion. So many layers.

I prefer animals to people, most times. But I do love helping and caring for people. It makes me feel good about life and it certain cases, instant mood lifter.

I can be pretty nostalgic, for good and bad. Good memory aides this.

So, yeah, I'm a big crab. One of my best friends calls me King Crab haha. Big ole' Krabby Patty.

@ridingthewaves thanks for the Cancer new moon insights. With my Taurus Mars I often say that I get everything done eventually.  Not fast but persistent.

A Capricorn new moon story.  I’ve known this man for 27 years he’s a medical professional, so a super hard worker and committed to his patients.  His first wife, 50 years ago was a foreign woman he married so she wouldn’t be deported, he also adopted her son.  His second wife he had two sons with and they divorced around the time I met him, she left him for a woman, tough after a 20 year marriage. He’s on his third wife who I introduced him to shortly after I first knew him, she didn’t  pay taxes when he went went to part time work when he was in his 60’s.  He found out when the IRS confiscated their accounts.  So he awoke one morning to being $600k in debt, Pluto was within minutes of conjunctions his Venus in Cap, he’s still with her.  When Pluto was conjunct his Cap sun he was diagnosed with an aggressive lymphoma, a year of aggressive treatment and he survived, but barely.  He kept working because he had the debt to pay.  10 degrees later Pluto was conjunct that Cap moon, he could not physically work anymore, the debt was paid off, hey moved closer to some family and he had cancer back.  I had no idea he would survive Pluto in Cap, but it’s going back for a while yet this year, we’ll see.  I’ll try to post his chart, it’s mostly a tough cardinal t-square.  He’s not going down without a fight and he’s currently 77.  He’s a good man and borderline brilliant but socially inept, that Sag Mercury runs wild.

Home situation was poor, alcoholic father and not a good mother.  Time is from him without birth certificate.  Also he has four out of bounds planets.  He’s emotionally a mess.
