My natal ASC is Libra and next year will progress to Scorpio. This is my first progressed ASC changing signs.
I'm highly sensitive (12 house Moon, natal Pluto 1 house), but lately I notice my emotions are taken to the extreme and almost too much to bear... I hope this ASC changing will bring me more stability and a higher capacity of dealing better with my emotional turmoils...
What were your feelings and what changes you noticed with your progressed ASC changed sign?
Ironically mine changed yesterday from Cancer to Leo.
It's the second time mine has changed. I've grown my hair out to the longest since 1974 or 75. I feel physically different. I feel more hopeful even though I still have problems. I'm getting a puppy this week, I haven't had a dog in 9 or 10 years. I'm more open to doing things instead of staying home. That is probably this biggest one. Less defensive.
I'm sure it's a process, instead of a flip of the switch.

Natally, I have my ascendant in Libra, but around 1980 my progressed chart has had Scorpio rising until August 2019 when it went into Sagittarius rising at 0 degrees. I feel like I went from dark to light emotionally and physically, my hair has gone from a darker brown to a dark blonde. The hair dye I used no longer looked good on me so I had to go lighter.
My Scorpio years were very intense. I looked at everything in-depth and really experienced life to the max emotionally, good and bad, but now that Sagittarius has taken over my rising sign I feel like a weight has been lifted. I've gone from dark to light emotionally. Everyone seems to notice the change in my hair color and they like it. I'm not used to it yet. I think they notice the change in me emotionally too. I'm more carefree.
I'm not as "heavy" emotionally, I feel much lighter and more optimistic. I've been offering more of my unfiltered opinions though in typical Sagittarius fashion. Geez, I need a filter sometimes (working on it). I'm liking this change and I need it. Its more optimistic.
Mine changed to Capricorn when I left my job to start my own freelance business and it will change to Aquarius when I think I will retire. Fitting.
When mine changed to Capricorn, for the 1st time commitment, marriage and partnership became really, really important to me.
I also started to get attracted to men in authority, in power; men with Capricorn Sun, Venus, Mars, 7th house or a prominent Saturn started showing up. I've always dated older men so that wasn't new, except now they were more caring.
