My Saturn Return (in 2018) was honestly a bit boring. I had a stable, good job (which I still have, though I'm looking for something else now that is also a stable, good job) and a healthy relationship. The relationship didn't last, but that wasn't by my choice and it was nice to at least see that I was capable of a healthy one without conflict.

It took place in my 8th house. My parents and I got our wills and everything put together. It's funny that my parents decided to do it then without knowing about my astrological situation. But it was great because they selected a lawyer that I could also go to and get the same documents done.

When I was younger, I imagined the Saturn Return would be the pinnacle of my creative success. But I did not end up pursuing a creative career. However, I did put together a poetry chapbook around the time of the return, filled with work I'd done over the years.

Also, I lost a lot of weight the year of my Saturn Return and broke through previous barriers I'd had with that.

All in all I'd say it was a good time. It marked a point of responsibility and maturity and I didn't have to go through a crisis. So, there is hope! But, I hope the fact that it wasn't super interesting doesn't mean I've lost the opportunity to have an interesting life. There are still some radical changes I might want to make sometime. Uranus is crossing my ascendant in a few years...

I had my son at 27 so close enough and I swear the minute I left the hospital I felt a sense of... “Wow! I’m grown up!” My life was forever changed but I was sooo happy.  Things got rocky when Saturn was approaching my 7th when I was 29. My marriage nearly ended because everything my husband did annoyed me and we got to a point where we just hated each other but it was mostly me. I think the love for our son took over and somehow we made it. It was a whole year of that. We’re fine now! Thankfully.

My husband was 28 when we had our son. With natal Saturn in his 4th he now couldn’t grasp how a parent could leave their child under any circumstances. He was so in love with our son. Why you ask? His parents left him in another country to come to the US and he didn’t come here till he was 7. First Saturn square. He doesn’t really talk about it but he brought it up the one time and I could see the pain in his eyes. Privately I’m sure he felt really sad.

I knew nothing about astrology during my Saturn return. It would have helped so much with the marriage trouble. But alas, all turned out well so ??‍♀️

It feels like I should be hustling and I know I should.

I've applying to jobs and  putting that effort in. Been on a few job interviews but no employment offers yet. I'd like to get a solid job so that I'm able to afford my own place. That's the goal I have to work towards.
