I know we're not supposed to buy things during a Venus retrograde but what about selling a house? My Venus is retrograde in 8th house at the moment. Venus is also the ruler of my 4th house of home.
I would list the house, regardless of the retrograde. It can play out in so many different ways that would have nothing to do with selling your house.

Thanks! We're just considering selling the house because of health reasons. We may move in with my mother for awhile. I have so many out of pocket expenses for my medical treatments or we move somewhere else where we have more opportunities. Things don't seem to be working out for us here.
I also have transiting Jupiter and Uranus in the 4th house. So maybe there will be luck in selling our home? Or would Jupiter, Uranus there indicate moving suddenly?
@marissa Jupiter and Uranus in 4th, you'd be restless and want change.
You can list it high (inflated Jupiter) and it may sell immediately (Uranus).
This transit, you would not feel like following rules. I would buck whatever. This combination usually goes well, ultimately.
