Great question. I’m leaning towards 9H but 11 is possible, too, because not only friendship but dreams, as in how one wants to appear to the world. I don’t know.

I would say 11th (digital network) or 3rd (digital communications). But 7th or 9th house could be involved in certain contexts - like public/viral? or publishing educational content?

I thought 11th house... all of humanity, electronic, "friends" but saw someone claiming 7th, emphatically.  Like this is socializing...
