Saturn-Moon in hard aspect?
These are the placements of the coldest people I ever met:
Aquarius Sun, Cap Moon, Mars conjunct Saturn in Pisces. Cap Venus. No Fire placements.
12H Gemini Sun, Cancer rising, Cancer Moon and Venus conjunct. Taurus Mars square Saturn and opposite Neptune. No Fire placements.

well fire is warmth and it's hot to the touch ^^
air can be cold air, so can water, cold water and earth, it has to get warmed up from the lava below. without it it's rock hard cold. pretty simplistic.
I’ve been called cold by my ex - but he’s a Leo that expected a lot of attention. I’m a Capricorn sun with a Cancer Moon square Libra Saturn. All signs mentioned up thread. My husband is a Capricorn Moon with a Sagittarius Sun. He can put out the cold, but he thaws.
My bf is one of the coldest people I've ever met. Aqua Sun, Gemini Moon and ASC, Mercury in Aqua, Saturn in Libra, Venus in Cap. Venus is squaring Saturn. he has deep feelings, but rarely shows them, but when he's angry, he's an iceberg.
my mother who has a stellium scorpio, despite having lots of cardinal, and having aries mars, does have moments of warmth, and generosity. However, it usually comes with a clause, lol and i have to remember that scorpio is "inner" fire, so the fire is there. But because of her air/earth she just doesn't have the empathy sometimes and if there's empathy it is shown in strange ways, or directed wrongly. Hard to explain.
well my husband recently admitted that his mother (Capricorn sun/ Pisces/Aquarius moon cusp) Jupiter aquarius, venus capricorn and capricorn mercury, virgo mars. Was never a warm mother and she's never been huggy and she's always been a cold mother. And this came out because we were talking about our parents and how they have always been "cold" people. And we agreed that yes, we have parents that were never warm. It's just how it is. However that doesn't take away the fact that his mother is a very very good mother. Mothers can be very good mothers without warmth and generosity and hugs. She enjoys mostly to be seen as a great worker and successful and have great ambition. She has been enjoying her retirement with a hefty healthy retirement nest and she even has it set up now that she's going to be fine in a nursing home when she is unable to drive and unable to do anything.
His father was a Virgo sun/Libra moon, Scorpio mars, Venus virgo, and married to a Gemini sun/ Taurus moon (it's hard to tell if she has Aries or Taurus) but because she likes luxurious things and has rules and fixed thought patterns i'm leaning towards taurus. (edit: also she doesn't have that fiery feeling and she's often judgemental) Plus i've always seen Libra placements get on great with Taurus placements for some reason. I think because taurus/libra are venusian and "get" eachother. The virgo father really got along with the gemini wife for many decades. they put up with eachother. His capricorn mother never re married for the past over 30 years and regretted sometimes because of loneliness. but she has her family which keeps her happy.
