What Synastry Aspects Indicate A Relationship Is Fated?

I know some see "fate" through the nodes. Others look at Saturn. Others see other things.

Are there a synastric aspect that screams, fate, in your mind?

I always thought there was something to having planets in a person's 8th or 12th. I have experienced both and it sure seemed fated.
