I'm not sure everyone got the same memo as Target. My husband was in Trader Joe's today and refused to buy their rainbow colored or brown Advent Calendars. We enjoy traditional red and green festive Christmas colors.
Bud Light has been turning around their marketing due to declining sales. Maybe Target is giving that a try as well. Although I am also aware that when marketing to women, you can do almost anything you want because they are generally a loyal demographic. (I am an outlier in typical 1H Uranus fashion.)
I am not saying that you don't have a point, just that the script may take longer to flip for everyone.
Has anyone else seen how big luxury brands burn their unsold items vs just putting them on sale, donating, or repurposing? Thus creating and maintaining the luxury? Tax purposes + cheaper on the books to do this vs offloading the items in ways most people deem normal or charitable.
I recently saw it and I don’t remember where (X or YT). This isn’t shocking to me; it’s just that it was spelled out so. It actually seems like something Elsa would share. If so, I apologize for the redundancy.
I’m a little out of it, trying to fend off a cold and fatigue, and trying to get some things together. 🙂
