This is encouraging, but I heard the opposite a half hour or so ago, so we're guarded here. Local radio airing Tornado warnings for Space Coast area, but moving Northwest, closer to me, ugh. I have a wonderful neighbor, a former town mayor, who put together a text tree for four of us for mutual support. ❤️

I have come to appreciate their vinegar BBQ sauces now and prefer them.

@allie120 Carolina Gold. It's awesome. Throw pork loin in a crock pot with whatever spice... cook all day and serve on homemade roll with this sauce. It's truly incredible. Very satisfying. We had this last week, a couple of times.
If there is still leftover pork, I throw it on a baked potato with regular (red) bbq sauce and cheese. I used to think was crazy too, until I tried it.
I have only tried that one kind.., it's so good, I don't want to buy another and regret it. I am hooked on Carolina Gold!

I am hearing from hurricane people now (clients) in different situations. Trauma @ high rpms. Really, really stressful.
It’s got to be such a helpless feeling to see such destruction, where the things we take comfort and real security in, are gone or out of order. Police stations, homes, gas stations, communications, big solid structures, families 😞
@allie120 extremely complicated situations. Florida insurance not paying out. Some properties uninsured. People losing their ass on Airbnb properties. Ruined vacations. Local business fears of going under.
Really, people are run down. They are not in good shape to deal with something like this.
Many bankruptcies ahead, for Florida people.
This is going to continue to reveal how broken everything is. I'm sorry to be a drag.
@elsa No, I understand. This is reality. It’s heartbreaking. It could happen to any of us, different catastrophes but we are always vulnerable whether we know it or not.
