I just heard a public figure mention Carl Jung's "Synchronicity" as a catalyst in his journey.  

I gave my young tenant, who is moving to Chicago, a copy of "The Best of Mike Royko," explaining that he was the quintessential "OG" journalist of Chicago before she was born, back when I enjoyed his syndicated newspaper column in the 80s.  He chronicled the cultural heartbeat of the times with dry wit and astute observations.
