I texted a friend, happy mother's day. She's actually a friend of my husband's, but we're also friends. She did not respond, which was not like her. In fact, I was surprised she had not already texted me. She's like that. It was so unusual, the next day, I told my husband, something must be wrong.
He agreed. He said he'd call other people in her family and check on her. He learned this,,,
Her son got angry and ignored her on mother's day. She was so upset and depressed, she ignored her phone all day. Posting this... don't do this to your mom!
But also, I heard from her today. She is fine now and sent me the kindest note. I'm just very glad She's ok.
