This questions comes from a gal who is too shy to post:

What might be the astrology of arrogance?

Anyone?

i have sun in the first house, i can be somewhat proud but i have capricorn and aquarius, so its not really proud enough. plus a heavy earth chart. it brings me misery on the dark side. because i can't be free and proud lol xD i think my husband is arrogant, in many ways (alot of sagittarius) and i have found alot of Fire suns and fire stelliums very very proud and arrogant. But at the same time I really enjoy that arrogance (that proud confidence) i really like it maybe because i have it a little. But living with parents growing up with alot of Saturn and one has Capricorn moon, its hard to be proud. And my sisters are Fire suns too. they had to escape to show their proudness and happiness to be free so they can be proud and arrogant. xD

i mean arrogance can be seen mostly as negative, but its also been seen as something thats not good,

examples:

i notice that if i show my capricorn sides (even Virgo/Taurus) can do this as i have that energy to my son (who is Sagittarius sun/Aries moon)  he will say i'm a party pooper (not in those words)  and a downer.  that its best to lift yourself up and say good things about yourself and be confident.

true to fire ...

(I also tend to be worry wart) i can't help it and its annoying me sometimes. but i still worry.

@elisa Nothing’s wrong with being confident & proud 👍. It’s only when one harbours a superiority complex and looks down at other’s, that arrogance is engendered.

Jupiter influence? Taurus Jupiter on the ascendant or in the 1st house? Maybe not Taurus, but I do think of Jupiter.

I’ve seen arrogance amongst fixed air, fire & earth signs. A couple of these people did have strong Jupiter’s, as dolce mentioned.
