Client wanted me to post this... she lives in D.C.  She expects the city to erupt - she's choosing to leave, but wanted me to check on this for her.

I pulled up her progressed chart and saw her P moon was 27 Capricorn.  She has P Mars @ 2 Aquarius.

"Yeah, move..."

She is specifically worried about being locked down (she has a Sadge moon).  She's had this experience, before.  

I decided to look for the date her P moon changed signs. Look what I found:
