I think both charts look good together.

He's already helped me break through barriers from my past (although he's not aware of that)... I do support him with future dreams... Caps being driven by ambition, not only for ourselves, but those we care about too (family/friends etc)... not all his dreams are about work, but in the current circumstances we find ourselves in, he's focusing on work in the near future.

He seems more sensitive and introspective than you:   Moon in Cancer conjunct Saturn is vulnerable.   And that Scorpio rising means he takes things very seriously. 

If he's with you, he really wants a deep relationship. With his stellium in Aquarius I would expect him to be very bright.  I think people with mercury in Aquarius often have a touch of genius. 

Can you two talk together ?  Mental stimulation could be the glue to hold things together.

You've got venus in Sag which is kind of free rolling.  I think you might chaff more under a long term comittment than the guy.  Especially so since your Mars is Gemini and that's not a sign I associate with monogamy.  

Also you have the Moon in Aries.  Aries wants what it wants.  Can be a little selfish.

The fact that Aries is at 1 degree puts it one the world axis.  This can be an indication of fame.
