Ok so I haven't made this yet, but, I got a jar of dry polenta mixed with truffle bits. This is not my native food so I looked up recipes, & I think it should be easy to cook? Seems I should just boil it, stir, mix in butter and that's it.
Anyone have suggestions on what to pair with this? Will chicken/ shrimp work? What about veggies?
