Emotional pain for sure. It's astral, so there is self help and opportunity for spiritual growth.

Emotional pain or physical pain? I can't choose. Both are awful and take a lot of coming back from... I think at a push it would be emotional pain because there are always lessons to be taken from it going forward.

i can handle emotional pain better i think..i am afraid of being ill etc

Emotional. Physical pain very easily engages the emotions and suffering narratives spawn...then you got both.
