I do sweet things for someone I like. I don't want to come on too strong, so it's just showing the other person that I care and have paid attention through compliments, asking follow-ups to a story he mentioned before, sending messages, and buying a thoughtful gift.

They ask you to be their tango partner. This could also apply to Venus in Scorpio.

Lots of compliments and gifts, telling them how good-looking and classy they are. Venus in Libra is sweet, sweet, sweet.
