I know someone with this combination and I had (ok, I still have ) crush on him lol.

But he is like, or act like a stone cold ... I can't even get to know him. He doesn't allowed me. But he also have Mercury and Neptune in Scorpio, so he is very private and secretive, he keeps his private life hidden. But what I see ... he seems to be strong person but who is capable of real and deep emotions.  

 I got a quasi-instant crush on him :). Even though we have never met I feel we will somehow. All that water in my chart must give me some intuition right?

I don't think I'd ever be able to be with a Sun in Scorpio man (or any Water/Earth sign) but I like when elsewhere in their chart they have feminine energy to add some balance. As of late I've realized I'm attracted to Aries or Sag Suns. (Air Suns don't work for me either, neither does Leo).

My boyfriend is a Scorpio Sun with Venus in Libra. He likes politeness, grace, beauty (not the kind of beauty everyone considers beauty). I've noticed he likes very feminine things: clothes that have small delicate or romantic details (flowers, a little lace etc). He always tells me: I like this dress or I like these earrings etc. He also likes small beautiful things... and he always notices things you won't even think a guy can notice. He also has a Libra Moon, this makes him even more Venusian... I have a Libra Rising, this is of course of great help
