Anyone anything to say on this?

Where this is in your chart it is meant to just drain the energy right out from you. So if you had it in seventh house for instance you might meet draining people or be drained by personal connections a lot. Also the draining can be a positive experience, it can provide rest where normally there is just too much energy for any peace.

Is this an interesting part of your chart?

I have Vesta in Pisces in my 7H, opposite Mars. This can be extreme devotion and service, maybe to the point of losing the sense of self. Vesta is already service-oriented, something like Virgo.

I think it can drain energy if you become so focused on it, to the point that it’s detrimental to the rest of your life, to other areas of your life.

I already have a lot of Virgo and the 7H Pisces so I find it difficult to separate Vesta from it and what its part might play

Richard Branson has Vesta at 10* Taurus in 9th.

His Virgin (Vesta) Atlantic International (9th) Airlines filed for bankruptcy (Taurus) a few days ago.

Jupiter/Saturn/Pluto is also on his Sun. But his Vesta is literal relative to the demise of his airline and train businesses.

My vesta is in Gemini, in the fourth house. I relate to being very home orientated/nurturing. I also enjoy entertaining, and spoiling my guests ????

@hades-moon

That is so sweet. Nobody has ever spoiled me as a guest.

@vesta It is a shame we are all so far apart. I’d happily have you over to spoil you ?

@hades-moon Aww! Thank you! You know, I started blogging at a Yahoo property in 2001. They shut down that service but I made friends around the globe, some of whom I met in real life and am still on touch with, to this date. You never know. Smile
