Lights up, all month long. See things from opposite sides.
Western astrologers think it's a problem. Vedic astrologers think it's auspicious.
I'm on the fence, of course. Libra!
I've seen people thrive with sun moon oppositions. I've seen others, not so much!

New moon is much better. Full moon, you are looking at intensity for the whole year.

@sophiab Libra has to counter... you have a lot of interaction with sun/moon opposition and you're able to see things from a different perspective.
I say, if she's got this in her chart, it's will benefit her.
