I have Venus and Mars in Gemini but I'm a Cancer sun, and both my Venus and Mars are in House VI, the house of Virgo. I have Moon in Aquarius but it's in House II, the house of Taurus. I like to communicate but I hate empty words. I feel like I need to care and do things for the other person in order for the relationship to have real value and to feel like I'm contributing.
My six-and-a-half year old cousin, who was born on June 2nd, 2012, has Sun AND Venus in Gemini. Don't even want to imagine what she'll be like when she grows up. She also has Moon in Scorpio so that's one hell of a flighty, yet volatile and potentially explosive combination. She has has Sun and Venus conjunct in Air so she'll likely be a social butterfly and a smooth talker who has the potential to please and mingle with many, but the feelings may not be genuine or deep. She also has Moon-Pluto, Mars-Pluto and Mercury conjunct Venus. She's only a little girl but for some reason I feel repulsed by her. She's already becoming a spitting image of my abusive mom and grandmother. She has Virgo ascendant that's square her Sun, Mercury, and Venus which means they'll also be square her descendant in Pisces, so I believe she'll not be an easy person to get along with. Sun Square Mars, Mercury Square Mars, Venus Square Mars in Virgo. Venus in exact conjunction with her Ascendant which means it'll be opposite her Descendant. Her Pluto in IV describes the darkness of my home environment. Mars is conjunct her Ascendant which means it's opposite her Descendant, so she could be one feisty little lass.
My mom has Sun Trine Pluto (Sun in Aquarius at 3.05 degrees forming out-of-sign trine with late degree Pluto in Virgo at 27.15 degrees) and a Mars Opposition Pluto between Mars at 28.59 degrees Pisces and Pluto. She has Mars in VIII (holy crap). Let's just say she's not had an easy life and I feel like she THRIVES on trouble, chaos, and games I'd rather not play. Very controlling and domineering and needing attention but not aware of it (Moon in Leo in XII and Leo ascendant), yet also very pessimistic and restrained (Mercury in Capricorn).
My chart is simpler in comparison to the charts of my mom and my cousin because not a single one of the 3 outer planets is involved with my natal planets. I can feel that I've a different "energy" or "life force" than they do, and that I don't seem to be bothered by the numerous forces and complexities that have been in my mom's life. Overall, I feel like a much more straightforward person than she is and I've never felt a struggle with these non-personal forces beyond my control. For the most part I've felt quite sure of myself, and my personality's more genuine and less complex than theirs.
I believe it's not easy for people without Pluto in aspect to their personal planets to understand the lives of those who do. In this case since Pluto's not prominent at all in my chart, I've never felt that my life has been shaped by power struggles and manipulation / domination, I like to view myself as dark but reality is my life and my personality are nowhere near as dark and complex and secretive as that of my mom's and she's not even a Scorpio. I've never quite figured her out because she doesn't open up herself, not even to me. It's like every interaction she has with someone, and most of what she says is always with a PURPOSE, an AGENDA that's calculated and meant to achieve some personal goal. In other words I don't think I even know, or she even knows who she really is and what she really wants. She has such intensely negative feelings towards my father even 17 years after their divorce and growing up, even now, she's projected her hatred of my father onto me.
I have air in my chart I’m a Taurus Sun, Moon in Aquarius, Venus in Pisces, Mars in Gemini, Mercury in Aries. I feel like he understands my need for space we seem to be similar in regards to how we like our relationships. But he seems quiet I think it’s his Cancer placements. We have Mercury square Mercury I really hate that we have this aspect. Venus sextile Venus I think this aspect is my favorite. Because we tend to like the same things. Sun trine Moon, Moon square Venus, Mars sextile Mercury, Venus conjunct Mars. His Mars square my Mercury I know that’s a bad one too. His Saturn sextiles my Moon and Mercury and is opposition to my Mars.

the description about your mother, who have hatred towards your father 17 years later, sounds more the Leo part. No offense. I love Leo energy but from the consistency i've seen over the years; my first husband, the Pisces sun/Leo moon has a mother he hated/loved, who was always so negative: she was a Leo sun, who was married to a Scorpio/Sagittarius, with Virgo mars, and she had virgo venus. According to him, she could not let go of the resentment and hatred she felt for the Sag/Scorpio man with Aries moon (who left her 30 years ago) and even though she met someone else a decade after the divorce who was kind and nice and opened his home for her, she still couldnt get over the first husband who left. I think the Aquarius part detaches (which is known to detach) so if she still harbors strong feelings it maybe that Leo part. Like the pride was hurt so bad. Like why would he leave me feeling. Aquarius part would just rather, be on their merry way if the man didnt want them, it will hurt alot but the Saturn part of them is more like Woe is me, i'm pathetic no one wants me anyway. and wallow in misery and just don't mind anymore.
