Cappy Mars here, and for the most part, that nails it for me. I definitely work hard and become very focused ... yeah, workaholic tendencies that override the need for immediate creature comforts. And pie in the sky schemes don't generally sway me. Show me how the goal is going to be accomplished or let's sit down a figure a practical way to achieve the results and then get on with it. I'm actually very boring, but I get things done when I put my mind to it. If you give me a job to do and I agree to it, I will see to it that the job gets done.
