I love what Libra noir wrote. I am early cap rising and I am still here! It does require  a transformation and a letting go. For me it was letting go of some material goals. But first I got caught up in power struggles - that was my chance to assess whether or not I really wanted what I was fighting for. Turned out: no. It is a great opportunity to know yourself, but you may not get perspective right away.

I would concur that Plutonian times can be times of obsession. Use Pluto to go deep, think of the transit as a kind of diving bell that will take you deeper than you could ever go on your own. Opportunity for deep learning, deep knowing.

I think everyone else spoke of the transit much more eloquently than I could. It's transited my Asc already, but to be honest, I can't pinpoint to anything in particular (it's generally been a period of changes for me).

I can't comment on your fear in a way, because it's about to transit my moon (opposition) and the virulent fear I feel for my mother's well being (and... well... being!) is strong enough that I relate. Also, I am a chronic worrier (Virgo Merc = Virgo brain is what I blame it on).

I'm naturally pragmatic (it helps the anxieties and worrywart in me, and it satisfies my Scorpio needs for control). So I see death as both inevitable and just impossible to predict. Even if it was predictable, I would hate it. I hate uncertainty but I need potential. So my logic is: fine, if you're scared, if your fear is true... how differently would you live? Would you make different choices? Would you prioritize things differently? It doesn't make the fear go away, but it makes you focus on something else. For example, my fear for my mother's health (and life) has made me realize I want to make efforts I may have previously taken for granted. Makes me want to value things more. Make moments matter. Also, if she's not there tomorrow (even if it's just falling out, or a separation), how well do I fare? Things like that.

This is my coping mechanism. May absolutely not work for you. My logic basically is: If you can't fight or suppress your fear, how can you use it to be better, stronger... More apt to deal with what comes? If you can't kill it, make it work for you. Tame it. Train it. Make it helpful. Like a pet.

Pluto is crossing my sun and moon this week once again (it's been back and forth for years) - I'm pretty sure I won't die. But there has been a lot of symbolic death around me - ideas, attachments, patterns, a lot of it deep and internal.

Found this. Pluto is currently conjunct my ascendant alive and kicking. Smile
