Pluto in the 3rd House

Omg that’s frustrating! I have Pluto sq Mercury so I’m thinking it’s along the same lines as that, and that happens to me on occasion. It’s like you can’t talk. Pluto really stirs stuff in people.

He also had four Neptune aspects, which made him foggy minded, and not pay attention to the road. It could be more likely the Neptune aspects than the Pluto in the 3rd house.

Sorry to butt in, while Neptune does cause confusion (lots of Neptune here and i have gone down a one way more than a couple of times ?)I think Uranus has more to do with accidents than Neptune.  I have a lot of Neptune aspects and I've only had two minor accident, and they happened the first year I started driving.  I havent had an accident in 18 years.
