LibraNoir- You are definitely right. I try to let my son express his feelings and give him space. I am an Aqua moon after all. He's a really tough cookie. He has Sun conjunct Mars exact in the 10th. So I feel he really resents me (authority) He wants to do whatever he wants to do. This is hard as a parent. But I just want him to love me. I am his mom and I do so much for him and never stop wanting the best for him and it feels it all goes unnoticed. I know I am very flawed as a mother but I try my absolute best. I have an Aries rising so I am kind of tough too but only because I love him and want the best for him.

Every day I work on trying to be a better mom and hope that my son loves me back. I would hate for him to feel hate towards me.

Great! I of course just started crying typing this. Ugh!

He does resent authority because he's his own authority. I'm just learning that and I'm 36. If you can remind him of that that's the best gift you can give him. That no one really has authority over anyone else unless we give it to them. His journey right now is really valueable to him and he doesn't want it taken away. He's getting something out of what you perceive to be pain. It's hard to watch I know but it is his journey to walk. If you can find peace within that idea then it'll help you to not feel so responsible. And it will free you up to actually learn from it yourself.

Oh this is something that I actually learned just yesterday and I think it applies. To Scorpio moons especially. That we don't have to feel bad because we feel bad. We don't have to be shameful or guilty because we feel pain. Pain is inevitable (especially for Scorpio moons. We need to feel everything and I mean everything) but suffering is optional.

I'm a Scorpio Moon conjunct Saturn, exactly. My mom was a Moon in Gemini opposed to Saturn in the 5th house.  I loved Mommie.  We used to plant flowers around the house and she never minded that I was into astronomy or microscopes as a girl in the 1950s.  Her Gemini Moon made her open minded.  We used to draw pictures together and she loved helping me with any kind of school project.

When I got older, we discussed everything from religion to the end of the world. We debated.  I always tried to help her with my father's alcoholism.  I know she was such a tortured soul.  There were times we didn't get along but overall I love my Mom and appreciate now more than ever what she did for me in life.

My friend with a Scorpio Moon loves her mom and they have a great relationship. 

I'm Scorpio moon and I love my mother deeply. She has saved me from near-death experiences numerous times. I'd seriously be dead without her.  It depends on a persons chart I guess. My mother's Leo Jupiter is right on my Leo Sun. She makes me happy overall. I have a complex chart while hers is worse with cardinal crosses and a mess of other things. There were times I resented my mother only because she worked and was never home to care for me but it was only because I missed her so much. I was forced to be emotionally independent at a young age. Scorpio Moon is not an easy placement in general
