I've got this coming up in my next Solar Return, in the 4th. There has been bad/negative energy around my home in the past year, and I took the Mars-Sun conjunction as an amplification of this as it opposes Chiron and squares Pluto. It could signify a house move, but like you said, the energy doesn't seem present.
I hope I'm wrong as I really need a calm, quiet home environment now, more than ever. Hope somebody has a more cheerful prediction!

I mean, that's a bit stupid but hopefully you get my point.
I have Mars in Libra... it's not at all low energy. Mars in the 4th - fire in the belly.
